This is a translation of the Spanish privacy policy, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

In short

• The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
• The Moonsmith app runs on your Mac: your agents, conversations, memory, files and keys never pass through servers of ours.
• We only process data when you visit the site (the hosting's technical logs) or when you write to us.

What we process and why

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, it logs technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. They are used only to serve the site, keep it secure and detect abuse or errors. We don't build profiles from them or combine them with other data.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
• Retention: the limited period for which Vercel keeps those logs.

When you write to us

We use your email address and what you tell us only to reply to you.

• Legal basis: handling your request, including questions before a purchase (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and our legitimate interest in answering other messages (art. 6.1.f).
• Retention: for as long as the conversation lasts and, after that, only as long as needed to deal with possible legal claims.

When you use the app

Moonsmith has no user account and sends no analytics. What you do in the app stays on your Mac. When an agent works, the app connects directly to the services you set up: the model provider you choose (for example Anthropic, Google or OpenAI), Telegram if you turn it on, and the connectors you add. Those services process your data under their own privacy policies, and we receive no copy.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies or similar technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.

Recipients and international transfers

Vercel Inc. hosts the site as a data processor. It is based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its data processing agreement also includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to info@optimusrex.com. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the authority where you live.

Changes

If the way we process data changes (for example, when purchases open), we will update this page and its date.
